Create your account

1. Go to dashspid.com and tap Get Started Free, or open app.dashspid.com/signup.
2. Enter your email address and a password of at least 6 characters.
3. Tap Create account.

Set up your business

Three short screens follow sign-up. Everything except your country can be changed later.

1. Set up your business: pick your country, type your business name and check your ordering link, for example yourbrand.dashspid.com. Add your city and phone/WhatsApp number.
2. Brand your page: add a tagline and pick your brand colour.
3. Contact & socials: add an email and social links if you like, then tap Launch my business.

You land on You're live! with your link and a ready-made business card. Tap Copy link and keep it handy.

Install Dashspid on your phone

Log in on your phone first, then add Dashspid to your home screen so your dashboard opens in one tap.

When the store apps launch, log in with the same account. Nothing needs setting up again.

Finish setting up your account

Your Overview shows a Finish setting up your account checklist. Customers can't order and you can't get paid until it's done.

• Set your pricing in Zones & Pricing: a Rate Card (base fare + per km + per minute) or flat Route prices such as Ikeja → Egbeda. Check it with Test Your Pricing, then save.
• Add payout details in Settings → Payouts.
• Connect WhatsApp in Settings → WhatsApp. Your WhatsApp Business app keeps working alongside the bot.
• Add your riders in Riders (optional).
• Go online: switch Overview from Orders paused to Accepting orders

Share your link and take orders

1. Tap We're Online · Share on Overview to send your business card on WhatsApp.
2. Put your ordering link in your Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp bio.
3. Customers enter pickup and drop-off and see the price instantly. They pay now or on delivery.
4. Website and WhatsApp orders land in one place. Assign a rider and follow each from Pending to Delivered.
